With the upcoming census in 2010 many people are saying that they will only fill out what is required under the Constitution and sends it back to them. I for one will do the same, but along with the form I will print the part of the Constitution that applies to the census and post it to them along with the un-completed census form. This is my silent protest against the intrusive government who has no respect for the Constitutional law at all.

Print this and post it with your census form when mailing it back.

Article I, Section 2:

"[Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.] The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct."

Like you point out ,the census is for enumeration only.Nothing else.Since the government already knows where you live(driver licsense)All doctors have all your private information they share with Unconstituional agencys  such as DEA.Pretty sad when the DEA thinks they are doctors and Doctors act like police in order to continue to keep themselves in a fat paycheck.I personally gave all the people in my household to say what they wish to the census takers.Just don't mention my name .I choose not to acknowledge any forms .This is my GOD given right. They actually caught me by surprise earlier this year. When they had the gall to pass through my gated property, gate was open,to ask me if this property was such and such location.I realized that My property location is in the public domain.just check google maps.Anyway I was pretty hot that they didn't even acknowledge the posts on my gate such as,private property,no tresspassing. From now on my front gate will be closed.I want to see the stupid person they send out here climb over my locked property and try to enter the yard next year when they want more information from us.THE OTHER SIGN SAYS BEWARE OF DOGS. HA!

Well, here,s the PROBLEM...(in such Manner as they shall by Law direct)...You see when it was first written, they only wanted to know how many lived in your dwelling. simple enough and fair, BUT the LAWMAKERS found that  and decided they could LEGALLY ask anything they wanted and you were obligated to answer or else, and of course you dont get to vote on it as with any other UNcontistutional Law, example (SEATBELT LAW), I love that one.hehehe. Anyway you are legally and constitutionally bound to answer every question on that form, NO OPTIONS!  But of course you could just Hang the Census Taker, hahahaha!   Hey, I feel your pain, but filling out petetions, protesting, praying or crying won,t do ya know good..FORCE, its what they UNDERSTAND.  (THEY=Local/State/Fed Governments)

Had the pre-census persno show up here early this spring, met by the four house sentinals, man didn't even get out of his car, I didn't approach stuck his gps out the window, flashed his picture ID and left real fast, sentinals that stretch logging chains, snarl, drool spit and bark tend to keep civilians at a distance
